Depending on what you eat, maybe. Acne is really clogged up poers, so as long as you take showers regualerly and don’t touch your face too often, you shoulnd’t have to much trouble. Some people say sugar and sweets cause acne, but I don’t really believe that.
Yes it can. I know eating fatty foods and dairy will affect you and encourage acne to occur. I would strongly suggest trying sites like wikipedia and just general searching in your favorite search engine on diet and acne.
Absolutely! There are many triggers for acne, including stress, a high-fat or high-grease diet, poor hygiene and mineral deficiencies like zinc. As for diet… If you don’t get enough fruits and veggies w/natural enzymes & vitamins, you’re organs will not have the ability to break down very well what you’re eating instead. If you tax your liver enough w/fat, you develop fatty liver disease & diabetes, which are both fatal btw. If your body is taxed w/toxins, you’ll see acne & boils & poor healing abilities. Your pores will grow bigger & your skin will lose its elasticity.
As for your dr’s response… dr’s aren’t schooled in nutrition, nutritionists are. dr’s are taught to examine, run tests & prescribe medicines. It’s illegal for them to offer any advice outside of their medical training. So, you’re better off asking a dermatologist about skin, dieticians about diet, & so on…
