Scaling up in the events

I’m so hypochondriac person, i really understood this. The most recent example, 2 weeks ago I was sick and I was vomiting in the night fifteen times.

And i had had a stomachache, went to doctor, and used drugs for three weeks.
I am always hinking of this bad days. And i can not give up thinking of these. I know that this is psychological. How will i cross them? Waiting for your help. Please, urgent.
